The “burg” boasts stunning waterfront parks, historic hotels, fine dining, and a burgeoning but impressive art scene. What’s more, your vacation home is the perfect jumping off point to explore the city! This 1950’s house is situated in the coveted Old Northeast neighborhood renowned for historic homes, pristine landscaping and easy accessibility to Beach Drive. Walk upstairs to the quaint 1-bedroom loft, and you’ll find a completely separate dwelling from the main house (booked separately), perfectly updated and furnished with all your needs in mind. Mid-Century modern stylings and open concept rooms with an abundance of natural light make for comfortable living and a charming place to call home. The kitchen is flawlessly updated with new cabinetry, granite countertops and a lovely bistro table. In the primary bedroom, you’ll find a King-sized bed as well as a queen-sized futon in the living room for guests that can’t quite make it home. A few of the many other amenities include 1 parking pad for compact cars, in unit washer/ dryer, and bikes (available upon request) for an easy ride to beautiful Straub Park. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and in a great location in St. Pete. The Old North East Neighborhood is safe, walkable and very picturesque. The apartment was about a 10 minute walk to Coffee Pot Boulevard on the water, about another 5 minute walk to the north end of the park and a quick drive to downtown St. Pete. We stayed here for the month of January while working remotely and the unit worked well for us. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with. We did have an issue with the washing machine during our stay which unfortunately was not able to be fixed until the very end of our trip. The host did make other arrangements for us which was appreciated.

This is a great little space. The apartment is updated and has all the necessities. Perfect for 1 or 2 people. I felt very safe in the neighborhood. While I was a bit nervous about the parking space, it turned out to be just fine! I would definitely consider returning in the future.

This property is in a great location - at the north end of the Historic Northeast, you have a short walk to Coffee Pot Bayou and water access, a short walk or drive to 4th street for access to shops and grocery (Trader Joes), and a short drive or longer walk to downtown.
Property itself is above a garage which you won’t have access to (the garage is for the attached house which is a separate rental). The garage door opener is a bit loud and we did have a few occasions where the house renters came back in the early hours of the morning and woke us up, but overall it wasn’t a huge deal.
Kitchen is stocked with the basics for cooking but don’t expect to make gourmet meals here. Two pots, two skillets and a few other items. There is a Keurig coffee maker in the unit as well as a washer and dryer. No dishwasher, though.
My wife and I stayed here for three weeks and worked remotely. There is a kitchen table that worked fine for working remote for one of us, but the other one had to work in the living room or the bedroom. It worked out fine, but this unit is better for pure holiday travelers and not remote workers.
Overall, it’s a nice place in a great location.
