THE SPACE
Vive Verde offers a comfortable island escape for couples or solo travelers. The bedroom features a queen bed, while the living area and kitchen give you space to settle in, prepare meals, and enjoy time together.

Air conditioning keeps you comfortable indoors, and the bathroom has hot water for a refreshing shower after exploring the island. Step outside to enjoy your private outdoor space and the peaceful surroundings.

The home operates off-grid using solar power and stored water. Guests can enjoy modern comforts while being mindful of these resources. Please switch off air conditioning and lights when heading out, keep doors and windows closed while the AC is running, and avoid leaving water running unnecessarily.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests have private access to the entire casita and its outdoor spaces. Locked storage cabinets are reserved for management use.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Vive Verde is approximately 45–60 minutes from San Pedro town by golf cart, depending on road and weather conditions. A golf cart is strongly recommended for getting around, visiting Secret Beach, and accessing shops and restaurants.

During rainy weather, access roads may have standing water, muddy sections, and uneven surfaces. Please allow extra travel time and drive carefully.

Isla Bonita Property Management can help arrange golf cart rentals, transportation, grocery provisioning, excursions, and private chef services at an additional cost. Advance arrangements are recommended.

The home uses solar panels and batteries for electricity and a water storage system for its water supply. You’ll still enjoy air conditioning, hot water, and everyday comforts, but thoughtful use helps keep these resources available throughout your stay.

• Energy use: Please turn off air conditioning, lights, and appliances when leaving the home, and keep doors and windows closed while the AC is running. During extended cloudy or rainy weather, the solar system generates less electricity, so being mindful of consumption is especially helpful.

• Water use: Our stored water supply is limited. Please avoid leaving taps running, keep showers reasonably short, and report any leaks or running toilets promptly.

• Location and access: The home is approximately 45–60 minutes from San Pedro town by golf cart, depending on road and weather conditions. A golf cart is strongly recommended, and we suggest picking up groceries and essentials before heading to the property.
