Walk to St. Charles, Only 3 blocks away! Whole home, centrally located, spacious 3 bedroom/2 bath, newly renovated historical home in the heart of the city. Easy access to FQ, & CBD. Entire second floor of the house.
This home features: ample lighting, open living-room/kitchen, new appliances, internet, and private balcony. .7 Miles from Magazine Street & bars/restaurants within walking distance! This property is ideal for families or friends looking to explore NOLA.
The Space:
Hear local high schools practice for Mardi Gras parades on the weekends, balcony view of Superdome and downtown, walk to breakfast and magazine street, have a drink at a rooftop bar, and easily access the French Quarter, Uptown, and the Garden District!
Amenities:
This space has a full washer/dryer, gas stove, refrigerator/freezer, central air/heating, all white linens, Amazon Alexa, local art and furnishings, and bedside clocks in each room. Other amenities include: wifi, smart TV, steamer for clothing, and ample street parking in front of house!
Guest Access:
Access to the home is through coded locks on gate and main entrance. Check your Airbnb email itinerary before your trip for codes.

Come experience Historic Central City Neighborhood! Central City is a diverse neighborhood that is rich with history, and is convenient to Uptown, Downtown, and the Garden District. You are a 5 minute walk to St. Charles Avenue where you can take the St Charles Street car that will take you to the French Quarter, and you are 7/10 of a mile to Magazine Street. It is a 10-15 minute uber/lift ride to The French Quarter.
Getting Around:
If you have a car, there is plenty of street parking in front of the house. This location is perfect for exploring the city by foot or hop on the St. Charles streetcar just three blocks away. Biking is also a wonderful way to get around and the city has Blue Bike rental stations located throughout the city.
Ride-shares (Uber, Lyft), cabs, and buses are readily available and numbers/bus routes will be provided upon your arrival.
Other Things to Note:
I have a small dog named Lou. You may see him in the yard. he's a sweetheart. please make sure all gates are closed so he doesn't get out

Great house, very clean and comfortable!

We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and cute. The neighborhood looks a little shady but the neighbor was very nice and it’s close the superdome. Perfect location if you're going to a Saints game.

The property itself wasn’t the best neighborhood. The Vrbo was nice once we got inside.
