My party had a wonderful time staying at this condo in Kingston plantation. The condo was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The living room was especially great- enough seating for all of us and very comfortable. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic time in Mrytle Beach and most of our was due to our stay at Kingston. The location was great, the place was clean and any little issues that did arise was handled quickly.

We had a great stay at this condo and it was ideal because we could stay for only 3 nights versus most places offering 4-5+ nights. It was about a 10 minute walk to the beach and we had access to the pools/waterpark. I read other reviews prior to booking and set my expectations on cleanliness, however there were a lot of dust bunnies throughout the home and it looked like it had not been vacuumed. Luckily, they did have one in the home and we took care of it. We did have one issue with the tv that maintenance came out for quickly. It didn't quite fix the issue, but I was appreciative of them tending to it so quickly.
