Clean apartment with gorgeous views!

My wife and I stayed at this apartment for 5 days in July. The apartment was exactly what we expected and as described on the site - great amenities, clean, comfortable bed, nice kitchenette, etc. Also, the location was convenient for all of our activities. We recommend the property to others.

Great location.the apartment was located in the top floor, many flights of stairs. If you have any disabilities I do not recommend it as there is no elevator.

Pros:- good location, easy to walk most places downtown Rome- kitchenette, made it possible to cook from home- laundry machine- air conditioning - tidy, decent furniture and enough places to sit/sleep for 2 adultsCons:- no elevator, must climb 8 flights of stairs up and down to get to the unit- bathroom consistently smells of sewage- bedding is in need of replacement, sheets and blankets were all stained and dirty- wifi only works in the living room- loud street noise at all hours- no garbage bags - nearly empty dish and hand soaps, with no replacements
