Absolutely beautiful home. Modern amenities with some antique touches throughout. The kitchen was clean, modern and fully stocked. Nice quiet neighborhood. We walked to the Riverwalk and the cargo district, they were both long walks, but walkable. We would love to stay here again the next time we visit our daughter.

Host easy to work with and accommodating. Very, very clean with great amenities & unexpected perks!

This apartment is located in a quiet historic neighborhood exactly as the listing stated. We found it to be extremely charming. The hosts had everything we could of wanted and more. We were both surprised and delighted. The apartment is clean and comfortable with a sophisticated decor of both old and new. In short, the place is perfect. Any return visit to Wilmington will include another stay here. Jeff was a super communicator and very responsive. Thank you for an exceptional stay

Great location, everything was clean and updated. Host communication was excellent. Looking forward to staying again in the future.
