The pool is located on the large terrace with ocean views.

Beautiful wooden terrace with railings, offering views of the ocean and the Mediterranean scrub. The terrace outside the pool area is approximately 70 m² and consists of:
- a dining area with a large table seating 12
- a relaxation area with 4 lounge chairs and outdoor furniture (garden sofa and coffee table).

KITCHEN:
Open-concept kitchen leading into a large living room with a central island. Fully equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction cooktop, range hood, full-size refrigerator with ice maker, and various appliances (coffee maker, juicer, toaster, mixer, blender, ...).

LAUNDRY ROOM:
A small room adjoining the kitchen features a washing machine and storage space.

LIVING ROOM:
The living room features an extendable dining table, a sofa with a chaise longue, and a wall-mounted TV.

BEDROOMS:
The villa has 5 spacious and bright bedrooms. 3 bedrooms are equipped with wall-mounted TVs and desks. 1 computer monitor is available so you can work remotely with complete peace of mind.
Two bedrooms have queen-size beds; two others have twin beds that can be pushed together to form king-size beds; and one bedroom is equipped with four bunk beds—perfect for the kids.
