This cottage has two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, Master bathroom has just being renovated, large shower in second bathroom, kitchen with all you need to cook all meals with dishwasher. Smart T.V. in Living room with gas fireplace and a comfortable couch with blankets and candles. Free Hi-Speed wireless Internet access. Games for kids, beach chairs, towels and umbrella. Cozy comfortable front and back courtyard. Private. Sun room with a swing and a sitting area to sit and relax. Front and back private courtyard with sitting areas, trees and flowers.

Great location with walking and trolley distance to tons of restaurants, art galleries, Main Beach as well as the Famous Pageant of the Masters and the Sawdust Festival ( Summer months only, check for dates)
The Free (Summer Months) trolley in less than a 30 second walk and it comes every 15 minutes! Walk another minute and you're at the beach!!
The house is located in the Village areas of Laguna Beach off of Mountain Avenue ( For those of you who know the area!) The location is ideal, with all you need close by. There are over 30 casual to upscale restaurants, boutiques and art galleries within a five minute stroll. Historic San Juan Capistrano is four miles East. Catalina Island is a 1-hour ferry ride from our harbor. Newport Beach and the famous fashion Island is 15 minutes North.

We had a lovely stay at this sea cottage. It was bright, clean, spacious, and the beds and couch were very comfortable. The sunroom was a nice touch too, we spent a lot of our down time in there. Carmen was the best host and was very responsive and proactive in communicating anything we may need. We would definitely stay here again.

A wonderful property. Beach is a block away as are shops and restaurants. Tastefully decorated with plenty of seating inside and out. Beautifully maintained. Great communication with host. Be sure to grab an ice cream and sit on the benches at Woodland and watch the sunset.

The host, Carmen was so wonderful, kind and accommodating. A superb hostess!The cottage was impeccably clean and maintained, with very tasteful appointments and everything one would need for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.Excellent walkable location with cafes, restaurants and supermarket within 5 to 10 minutes walk.I hope to come back again in the future.Thank you so muchInes
