Newly renovated home with new flooring, modern light fixtures, updated kitchen, new appliances, and more. The refinished, original hardwood floors, decorative fireplace and built-ins throughout are just a couple of the charming details. Fully stocked kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishes, utensils, pots/pans, toaster, and Keurig coffee pot. Newly built covered front porch to enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Large side yard that offers privacy and is shaded. The host was very easy to work with and quick to respond. Our travel plans hit a snag, and we had to arrive on day 2. The host was very respectful of our change. We did not ask for a refund since it was our fault. The house is very neat, clean, and roomy. If you like older homes, this one is a joy. Nice touches and appointments. AC was amazing and my favorite part was the hidden antique ironing cabinet. When we returned from our event last night a friendly cat met us on the front porch. Had the weather been better I would have loved to sit under the big tree in the backyard and read.

The house was cute and laid out well. I spent a fair amount of time inside and it was comfortable and easy to spend time there. The porch was nice as was the small back yard and off street parking. It was also great to have access to the laundry facilities. Jessi was responsive and we were relaxed and peaceful.

The house smelled musky as if had mold in it. Water pressure was poor for both toilet and Shower. The upstairs bedroom looked as if was under construction. The parking was poor. Moreover, the back yard had dog poop in it with fallinglimbs . Homeowners tried to charge me an additional cleaning fee. Would not recommend.
