House provides lots of spaces, especially the living-room opened to the kitchen and one bedroom.
Every room is pretty clean as well.
The swimming pool is great and bring a very positive expérience.
Natale the Host was very responsive to our requests which focused on the many missing dishes (wine cocktail ans water glasses, ramekins, bowls, plates,....)
We would have preferred everything to be checked and fixed before our arrival..
The BBQ is a very old and does not invite to use it.
Sea side is less than 10 mn driving with a nice beach and beach bars.

Looks like a new development, outside Lido di Noto and Ávola, need a car definitely to move around. Natale is very accommodating and easy to communicate with.
