The home has two sleeper sofas: one in the sleeper sofa and the other in the entryway.

The kitchen is highly upgraded with beautiful custom cabinetry and countertops, upgraded hardware, and stainless-steel appliances: a stove, built-in oven, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. A partially open-concept kitchen leads to the dining room and living room. The Main Living Room has a 60' LCD TV with a Blu-Ray/DVD player. The house has 200 mg high-speed wireless internet. The home has central air and heat. The bedding in our home is from Pottery Barn or of equivalent quality.

The game room is located in the garage right off the living room. It has Ping-Pong, a billiards table, and toys. Strollers, a high chair, pack-n-play, and booster seats are available for infants and toddlers. Also located in the garage is a full-size washer and dryer.

Located off of the dining room, through French doors, is the rear yard, which has a beautiful pool with an in-ground Jacuzzi, outdoor natural gas BBQ grill, patio set, and additional chairs.

This house SLEEPS 13 in beds, and MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 13 AT ANYTIME (Includes overnight guests and visitors combined)

No Outside Music of Any Kind per Anaheim Code

No Outside noise between 10 pm and 9 am per city code. You must be inside during this time. If the home has a game room, these quiet hours also apply.
