Fishbowl Upper is a beautifully renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2nd floor apartment located in the serene Mid-Island area of Fort Myers Beach. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood and just a short walk between two beach access points, this peaceful retreat offers the perfect blend of relaxation and convenience. A nearby trolley stop provides easy access to the lively downtown area, home to the iconic Times Square, local restaurants, shops, and vibrant entertainment.
Inside, the apartment features a modern, fully equipped kitchen, a dining area that seats eight, and a breakfast bar with three stools. The cozy living room offers a comfortable sectional sofa bed, love seat, two armchairs, and a TV. Each bedroom also includes a TV, for a total of four throughout the unit. The bathroom has been stylishly upgraded, and the entire apartment has been freshly painted and tiled. For your convenience, a hairdryer and seven ceiling fans are provided.
Guests share a heated pool with the downstairs unit, but enjoy private amenities including a grill, washer and dryer. We also provide hotel-quality linens—professionally laundered for every stay—as well as beach essentials like towels, chairs, an umbrella, and a beach cart. Lastly, a spacious lanai offers a peaceful place to unwind.

Fishbowl Upper was the perfect place to escape our winter blues coming from Illinois. Nice heated pool made for a greduring low tide we found beautiful shell treasures to bring home. Trolley up and down the gulf runs from Lover’s Key State Park to downtown Fort Meyers. We thoroughly enjoyed the fresh seafood and nightlife. Concierge service were attentive and helpful. Properly provided everything needed to start our stay in kitchen and bathrooms. We had a great time and definitely recommend staying here to everyone at way to start the day in sunny mornings. It was a very fun and easy place to plant ourselves for a fun vacation on Ft Myers Beach.Among so many great aspects of the rental, the grandchildren loved the pool. The parents enjoyed some quiet time hiding away on the porch. And grandma loved the coffee bar and comfortable bed. Walking to the beach was easy and had a great sand bar that the kids loved exploring. There was construction nearby, but the little boys LOVED watching all the digging and dumping. When the grill wouldn't work, they arrived same day (Sunday) with a new one.Great communication and a great place for a vacation!

A couple issues upon check in, everything was handled even on a Sunday. Very clean home. Short walk to beach, several sand bars during low tide. Very good shelling. Just an enjoyable time.
