A natural choice for large families, multi-family trips, and group visits to St. Louis. The home blends original wood floors and classic architectural details with modern updates. Walk in and it feels like a home, not a rental — the kind of space where people naturally spread across floors and settle in. The dining table seats everyone at once, which matters when 12 people want to eat breakfast together. The kitchen handles group meal prep. Missouri Botanical Garden is a 5-minute walk — 79 acres with the Climatron conservatory and Japanese Garden. Tower Grove Park is 10 minutes on foot. South Grand's 40+ international restaurants are 8 minutes away on foot. Downtown, the Gateway Arch, City Museum, and The Magic House are 10-15 minutes by car. place was clean and well stocked. there were nails protruding on the stairs, four of us got hurt by it.

The place was clean and in a neat neighborhood. The rental company was very responsive and had needed supplies delivered the same day as requested.

Lovely restored duplex with 5 comfortable bedrooms, fully outfitted kitchen and updated baths. We had a wonderful week's stay while celebrating a family wedding.

We enjoy staying at historic homes in great neighborhoods and this was one of them! The only complaint we have are that the beds are uncomfortable. The addition of a mattress topper might be helpful? We gave this rental three stars because the quality of sleep is an important aspect of renting a VRBO.
