Parking spaces are available within a 5 to 10-minute walk from the property. The house is an ideal starting point for mountain excursions. Thanks to its central location, supermarkets, shops, restaurants, cafés, the nearest bus stop, and the train station are all just a few minutes’ walk away (bus stop: 350 m; train station: 400 m). The nearest beach, in Port de Sóller, is about 10 minutes away by car.



The roof has been renovated for improved thermal insulation and waterproofing. The house offers central heating, air conditioning with heat pump, and a wood-burning stove.
