Come and recharge your batteries in a quiet little village in Aveyron. The cottage is independent with a private garden and not overlooked.
The house comprises two levels:
on the first floor a large living room with open kitchen, the shower room, the separate toilet and the master bedroom (bed 140x190). The kitchen includes a hob, an oven, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, a washing machine.
The staircase going upstairs opens onto a mezzanine living room and TV room. The children's bedroom (two beds 90x190) opens onto this mezzanine.
The house is south facing.
The swimming pool is shared with the owners and totally reserved for the tenants of the cottage at times to be agreed according to their preferences. It is secured by an electric roller shutter allowing it to be closed very easily in the presence of young children.
Depending on your mood you can laze by the pool, go to the country markets offering the best products of the region or visit the many tourist sites of the region: Conques, Villefranche de Rouergue, Belcastel, Rodez its cathedral and the new Soulages museum, Belcastel and many listed villages.
