Great Value & Location! This home was a fantastic find. While it is a bit outdated in some areas, it is well worth it for the price. We loved how pet-friendly the property was, and the location right on the canal offered beautiful views in a friendly neighborhood. A huge highlight was sitting on the deck and patio in the mornings and evenings watching the dolphins and fish jump right in front of us! The property manager was also very nice and accommodating. We would definitely stay again.

Great vacation! Excellent location!! Great communication with managers of the property! Carport was great for the couple of rainy days we had while visiting. Very short walk to the beach - our children are adults but would not be bad with small children as well. You can also drive to the public access parking lot almost directly across the street. Loved watching the dolphins in the bay area directly off the back yard and watching the boaters and barges go by was also fun! The only thing that kept me from rating cleanliness higher is the kitchen could definitely use some updating - some cabinet doors wouldn't stay closed, and the grass in the yard was extremely tall which made it difficult for our small dogs. I would for sure stay here again!

great quiet location close to everything we wanted to do!

A lot of work is needed in the house!!! Only was able to use one shower!! Water pressure was not good!! Smells very musty.
