Beautifully upgraded pool home perfect for 2-3 families. This five bedrooms 3 1/2 home has three cal-king master bedrooms, two of which have ensuites. The remaining master shares a hallway bathroom with two children's rooms with Full over Full Bunk beds. All bedrooms have a 43' plasma TV.
The home has tile and hardwood floors, except for two master bedrooms with upgraded carpet. The family room, located right off the entryway, has a sizeable Sectional Sofa and den with a Queen pull-out Sleeper Sofa and 43' TV. Off of the family room is a spacious open-concept kitchen with a dining room overlooking the pool. The dining room seats ten, with additional seating at the kitchen bar. A glass slider off the kitchen and dining room takes you to the rear yard with a beautiful pool, outdoor natural gas BBQ grill, patio set, and additional chairs.
The game Room is in the garage, with a Ping-Pong and Billards table and toys. There are strollers, high chairs, pack-n-play, booster chairs for guest use, and a full-size washer and dryer. The Main Living Room has a 60-inch Plasma TV with a DVD player. The home has high-speed wireless internet. The house has central air and heat. The bedding in our home is from Pottery Barn or of equivalent quality.
This house SLEEPS 13 in Beds, and the MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 13 AT ANY TIME (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors).
Maximum Vehicles 2. No RVs, Trailers, or Commercial Vehicles.
Minimum Stay 3 Nights
No Outside Music of Any Kind per Anaheim Code
No Outside noise between 10 pm and 9 am per city code. You must be inside during this time. If the home has a game room, these quiet hours also apply.
Pricing includes a mandatory pool fee: pool is heated to 82.
All major credit cards and debit cards are accepted.
A refundable $300 security deposit is due at the time of booking.
A signed contract, guest list, and ID are required at booking.

This place was great for all of us to stay after a busy day at Disney. It had plenty of bedrooms. Our trip was cut short, so we didn’t get to use the pool very much, but I’m sure it was lovely. There are several things that need to be repaired on the property. The ice maker doesn’t work, all of the drawers in the refrigerator are broken, one of the beds in the primary bedrooms is very unstable and squeaks every time you move. When we looked under it, we could tell that a bunch of wood had used to secure it. The other primary bedroom has some pretty gross stains on the carpet by the mirror. There are just a few things that need to be repaired and it would be perfect. Overall, a great stay!

The house was amazing. The kitchen especially was the main attraction. This host provided lots of essentials in the house such as clean towels, pots, pans and silverware. We were warned about the mosquitoes and forgot to bring bug spray. Overall, it was an excellent house for our family needs

Overall the property worked well for our family for a long weekend. Neighborhood was overall nice and quite, other than some load construction work and music on Saturday. Description is pretty accurate. Beds and pillows are ok. Lots of TVs, lots of rooms and beds, and pretty well equipped. The back door alarms for the pool are annoying! Don't work very well, maybe need replaced! The only off-putting thing about the area (Anaheim/Property Management Co), more so the property itself, is the insane rules and regulations. Seems overwhelming and cumbersome for a 4-night stay. I almost didn't stay here because of it. The contract makes you feel like you've done something wrong before you've even made it to house! But again, I don't think it's the owner's fault. I would consider staying again...

We did enjoy the pool and the large dining and seating areas. It was a good location for nearby restaurants and shops. The beds were comfortable, the linens were nice and the towels were plentiful. On arrival the house had a strong smell of cigarette smoke and mildew. The property manager responded to our concerns and sent in ionizing cleaning machines, but those did not do enough to get rid of the smoke, which triggered an asthmatic reaction by one of the family. The sliding doors to the pool were supposed to have bypass switches up high on both sides to prevent a siren from going off when the door is opened. One set had no such devices, and on the other set the outside switch was broken. That meant every time we opened the door from outside, the siren went off. The air conditioning was loud. There are a lot of posted rules and warnings of fines for noncompliance (such as using the disposal). The icemaker is broken. The house is showing its age in cabinetry and fittings. The trash had not been picked up and the bin was totally full, so we could not take our trash out.
