Stay in the heart of Wooster Square, close to Wooster Square Park, Frank Pepe Pizzeria, Sally`s Apizza, Yale University, the Yale University Art Gallery, and Downtown New Haven. This bright two-bedroom apartment is a comfortable home base for families, groups, business travelers, and Yale visitors.
The apartment features plenty of natural light, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless-steel appliances, a comfortable living area, and an in-unit washer and dryer.

- Mailbox access is not available. If you plan to receive packages during your stay, please schedule deliveries accordingly
- Before arrival, all guests must complete our online check-in, including uploading a valid government-issued ID, submitting a selfie for verification, and signing the rental agreement
No Smoking inside the unit - $250 charge for any violations

Very well appointed apartment in an excellent location. We took our dog and foung the nearby parks and dog run ideal.

Several smaller factors held this otherwise nice property back but together they added up to a “meh” to good review in our opinion. We thought the maintenance in the ceiling of the shower, the coffee grounds left in the coffee maker, the bacon grease and bits in the microwave, the threadbare sheets and throw in one bedroom, the fact that the wifi stopped working midway through our stay and the lack of printed information about thermostat adjustment detracted from an otherwise conveniently located and nicely furnished property. Somewhat far away from Yale but walkable if you’re in good shape. Better for central New Haven.

I stayed for five nights at this apartment and really enjoyed my stay. The apartment is new, clean, and has everything you need for a comfortable visit. The location is excellent — close to downtown — and having an allocated parking spot is very convenient if you have a car. Overall, a very nice place to stay.

We needed a place in the middle of college visits and this was a perfect landing spot that allowed us to relax at the end of the day. The location is an easy 15 minute walk to Yale, and very close to a pretty park (Wooster Square) and the Italian district street which has two of the famous pizza places plus some other restaurant, bakeries and cafes. We ended up going here for dinner both nights. The apartment is clean and comfortable. Living room pull out could use some more bedding and as with so many rental the bathroom needs shelves and hooks. All in all a great spot and I would stay there again.
