Guest Access:

Car is the best mode of transportation to get around Pocatello. The biking, hiking, or dirt bike trails are right out side the front door. You will have access to the garage to store these items should you bring them.



The Neighborhood:

It is located in a quiet neighborhood. There is no houses directly across the street, and no houses behind you. So the views around the house are unhindered!



Other Things to Note:

Absolutely no events allowed. Evidence of events will result in additional charges of unauthorized additional guests, cleaning, and maintenance fees for failure to abide by rules and policies.
