We (2) Stayed June 26 - 29, 2026: The apartment was clean, tidy, well laid out and comfortable with fully working air conditioning units. All the necessary utensils were in place to cook if you so choose to, with working refrigerator and stove. The arrangements to access the public beach was smooth (via front desk administration) with the beach nearby, adjacent to the rear of the property after the security checkpoint exit outside of Block D. We never had any reason to contact the host. Written instructions for access and use of the apartment were clear.
We have 2 suggestions (1) check maintenance of the AC Units to prevent the musty odor at start-up (this disappears once cooling temperature is reached) (2) Check the apartment door keypad locking mechanism as it sometimes it does not engage (have to test that it locks before walking off).
Overall our stay was very good.

You get what you pay for aesthetically
The staff are extremely helpful and polite, but if you need help with any excursions pretty much anything, there’s a gentleman called Dubai who DJ’s at the complex, great guy, highly recommend asking for him.
I would definitely stay here again.
