Spectacular townhouse on the beach with tastefully decorated and clean, in a privileged environment, with the best climate in Europe. In the surroundings you can enjoy all kinds of activities, both sports (golf, paddle, water, cycling, hiking, river descents, paragliding, flying with motor etc) cultural proximity to cities such as Granada, Cordoba, Malaga and daytime leisure and night on the sea promenades the house consists of 4 double rooms 2 and 2 double with a double sofa bed all this with bedding, air conditioning in all rooms and the living room, 3 bathrooms 2 complete and a toilet , Wi-Fi, games room with screen of 2x2 hundreds of movies of all genres and for all ages, NETFLIX, HBO, xbox, table football, billiards, infinity of board games for all ages, darts, two bicycles, shovels beach, multi-game beach net with volleyball and futbolplaya balls, outdoor barbecue, two computers in the house and much more,

Clean, location was ok but public transport was very good and bus stops were close by, beach was clean, Fernando the owner could not have done enough for us from sorting out baby items to loaning us his laptop to fix a problem we had. Big thumbs up for Fernando. I would definitely recommend this property

House was excellent accomadated 6 adults comfortably. Decorated to a high standard.
Bbq area.Shaded eating space and roof top balcony.
Views directly onto the beach. Local supermarket within walking distance. Great bus service to help you explore.
Would recommend.

We had a good holiday here for the last three weeks of Feb 19. The weather was fabulous.We were ten for two nights. The house can seat six comfortably. Max should be 8. The road is very noisy and hardly stops. Two of us fell down the stairs, stone cold sober, as they are very dangerous, one person was quite injured. Cafes and beach bars are within walking distance as are better beaches but children are not very safe on the road as there are no pavements. The kids loved the games room but the rooftop terrace holds maximum six and is not at all private. I have photos of the exterior and stairs but can’t attach them. The price was reasonable. The bus service to Malaga was very handy and good. The supermarket is very close and very good. The jacuzzi doesn’t work and there is no oven! Just a hob, microwave and charcoal barbecue. There were not enough mugs and wine glasses and you need to take or buy tea towels and loo roll. Angela the cleaner was lovely but we had to pay for laundry each week. We had a good holiday but won’t go back.
