Walk to all convenience: Walking distance to the best the island has to offer, including the FREE AMI Trolley, Historical Bridge Street, the Bradenton Beach city pier, the Bay, lots of local restaurants, shops, beach bars, ice cream parlors, and of course one of the very BEST island beaches in America.

Wonderful location and you can’t beat the view! Loved that Captain Mike had a wagon, beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys and soft beach towels for our use. We had everything we could want and more. Thanks for a great stay!

My sister and I have stayed in Villa A for the last 4 years or so for a week. We love the proximity to the best part of Bradenton Beach, proximity to restaurants and shops. Villa A has a wonderful front porch to enjoy the mornings and evenings. Mike is a wonderful host and always timely responds to any questions.

Perfect location with amazing gulf views. I came down with my daughter for a grad party and we couldn't have asked for a better location or host! I was concerned this weekend (Memorial Day) was going to be chaos on the island but the beach wasn't overly crowded and we were able to get reservations at many of the local "hot spots." We will definitely be visiting again!
