There is a partially covered large front deck with a gas grill, table and chairs and a retractable gate, a porch swing hanging in the oak tree on the side of the building, and off-street parking for two cars. There are 2 TV's with WiFi and Roku's for Netflix and digital antennas for local TV channels. There is also a front loading washer and dryer in the laundry closet.
