The condominium association has scheduled exterior building improvement work during portions of the upcoming season from August 17, 2026- February 22nd, 2027. While construction is not currently planned directly on this unit, guests should expect construction-related activity elsewhere on the property.
Work may include: Construction noise during daytime hours,Workers and construction equipment on-site,Occasional dust in common areas,Periodic use of power tools and other construction equipment
Because construction schedules are weather-dependent and subject to change, the level of noise and disruption may vary from day to day.

Nice condo with easy access to the beach. Very clean and comfortable. Easy parking and use of elevator made unloading and loading luggage fast and efficient. Communication with real estate/rental agency was excellent and all questions answered in a timely manner. Extremely pleased with accommodations for my first time visiting Fernandina Beach.

We love Amelia and have stayed at other units at the Surf and Racquet Club before. This condo is nice and convenient. My only two suggestions would be to upgrade the mattress in the master bedroom as it was not comfortable to sleep on, and to remove the sofa and chairs covers in the living area as they looked odd since they don’t cover the entire couch, and they shift and bunch which doesn’t make them very comfortable. Also, this unit is near the elevator so you will hear other residents and guests frequently in the breezeway at night.
