The Space:
Cabell Cottage is cozy cottage located off of one of Albemarle County's most beautiful thoroughfares, Garth Road. Nestled in the woods on a quiet street, you will feel rested and relaxed after a stay at this well appointed home. With all rooms on one level, and three parking spaces in front of the house, access could not be easier! The skylights in the house bring in ample light to the rooms to make the cottage cheery and lovely in its setting in this serene neighborhood.
Walk into the house to forest views through the large living room windows. The living room, kitchen, and dining area are all open to each other. The studio has a queen bed plus an additional twin and is located on the southern side of the house, with a newly renovated full bath attached. Walk to the northern side of the home to an additional sitting area with cable TV. On the far northern side of the cottage is the master suite with a king bed, screened-in porch and en suite bathroom.

This property is beautiful; quiet and serene and very convenient to town. The hosts were friendly and accommodating; and SO welcoming. The cottage exceeded our expectations and had everything we could possibly need. I hope to return....

We absolutely loved our stay here this week! We were in town for a basketball camp my son was attending (4 nights) so he was there only a couple nights, but he really enjoyed the basketball goal while there. My husband and I loved how quiet the area was - we saw deer every day/night as we were coming and going which added to the charm honestly. The owners live in the main house and Brenda was pleasant to talk to and very informative and helpful regarding local things to see and do. Overall it was a great week and if we are back in the area we will check availability before booking elsewhere.

Stunning property, extremely comfortable, cozy bedding and relaxing spaces! Well equipped with everything for a lovely stay in a peaceful and tranquil space. Impressive selection of books for reading, well equipped kitchen and spacious rooms to enjoy time with family or friends.Easy reservation process and convenient access to the cottage and nearby restaurants and activities.

A beautiful property in a serene quiet community. The detail in this home is stunning and was well equipped for our stay. We will certainly want to return when we visit our Hoo again. Thank you for sharing your special house with us.
