Pitaya 2 is a new beautiful 2 bedroom suite located at the mini resort Seagrape Vista in Cruz Bay, St John. This property is a 3 min walk to the Frank Bay beach and 8-10 minutes walk to downtown Cruz Bay. The living room has a dining table for 6. The kitchen has all you need for cooking. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the bathroom a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has either two twin or one king size bed as well as a bathroom with walk-in shower. Smart TVs in all rooms. A large generator secures continuous power through outages.
In addition, an extra bed can accommodate a child up to 15 years of age if agreed with us upon booking.
We welcome 1 infant (0-2y) in any of our units.
Children (2-15y) as an additional person will incur an additional fee. We allow 1 child as an additional person in the 1-bedroom units Seagrape 1 and 2, and in the 2-bedroom units Pitaya 1 and 2. We do not allow children (2-15y) as an additional person in our Allamanda 1-Bedroom units.

This condo is excellent...very clean, well decorated and laid out nicely, especially the balcony with a great view! The communication from the hosts, David and Julie, was fantastic. Very timely and full of great information. Caleigh handled the check-in, which was seamless, and her communication was very timely and responsive. The condo included an incredible binder of great information regarding St. John...everything from taxis, car rentals, hikes, restaurants, bars, markets, emergency facilities, etc. There was a shared pool, access to a laundry room, and plenty of beach-related items like towels, chairs and snorkel gear. Downtown Cruz Bay was just a short (but a little hilly) walk away without a need for a taxi or rental car. The National Park office is right downtown and access to taxis to different locations around the island was readily available. Amazing how organized the taxis are on the island. I highly recommend this space!

We really enjoyed our stay. From the location, the view and updated interior. We were able to walk to Cruz bay, if you did not want to walk the terrain a taxi ride was very short. We would recommend this location to anyone looking to stay in St John.

Pitaya 2 at Seagrape Vista exceeded our expectations. The suite was large, very clean and extremely well equipped. The grounds were very well maintained. There were many little features that stood out including the pay per use drink and snack area and the free use of beach chairs/towels and snorkeling gear. The pool was welcoming after a day out. The location was great, an 8–11-minute walk into Cruz Bay, depending on what route you took (the longer less hilly route or the shorter big hill route). We did not rent a car and relied upon taxi’s which were readily available in Cruz Bay and at each of the beaches/excursions we visited (Trunk Bay, Cinnamon Bay, Coral Bay (Lime Out Taco Bar) and The Windmill Bar). I would highly recommend Seagrape Vista and look forward to returning.
