HEATING AND COOLING:

Cadogan House is heated and cooled by a split system air conditioner in the dining area, which services the open-plan living and dining spaces. A ceiling fan in the lounge provides additional airflow through the warmer months. Opening bedroom doors extends airflow from the main living area overnight.
