I would have given a 10 rating but the fridge had a problem and the host didn’t reply back when I emailed him. Very small fridge! The door for the freezer was missing, I’m assuming there was supposed to be a door! The freezer was frosted up and not usable!! I was worried it would freeze our other items in the fridge section.

The location of this unit was wonderful for getting to the beach. It is a little far from the pool, especially when carrying little people and all of their pool toys, etc. I did wish the kitchen had a larger pan for cooking vs the small teflon pans available. And, it might be time to change the fold out couch mattress. We had small children on it - so not so bad for them. Our host responded to our questions quickly, which we really appreciated. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The room we stayed in needed some maintenance update. The kitchen faucet was loose and hard to turn on and when you did the water came on full blast. The bathroom sink faucet knob had some dark color built up around the bottom. The slip mat to put down on the bottom of the bathtub was worn out, it was slippery. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay with our children and grandchildren.
