The wood burning stove is perfect for cosying up in front of during winter evenings, and the bespoke kitchen is both practical and stylish. Step out into the garden which will positively enchant you on warm sunny days when you can soak up the sun's rays, or find a shady spot in which to dine alfresco. Split into two, the garden runs down to the River Burn and has an enclosed area which is safe for dogs and children. The decked area which backs onto the stream is an idyllic and tranquil spot in which to sit on a summers evening with a glass of wine or two.
