Perfect stay for all 6 of us. View was amazing from the 5th floor balcony. Beds were very comfortable. Awesome beach front property. Pool and hot tub were clean and great too. We did have an a/c issue but was resolved quickly. We'll equipped in the kitchen, toaster, crock pot, utensils, pots and pans, dishes etc. The only thing missing was basic condiments like salt and pepper, but there was a small bottle of olive oil. We would definately stay here again.

We had trouble getting into the unit because the code wouldn’t work, but response was quick with physical keys to use during our stay. The kitchen was well stocked and the living areas were comfortable. Some instructions on how to work the TV remotes would have been helpful. For one TV, we finally determined that everything was unplugged, but it still took some time to figure it out.

Our stay at Edge Water room 501 started out not so well. But I must say SPI did a fantastic job in making every effort in fixing a few issues that we had experienced. Their customer service and the people who were involved were the best. I wish other companies would take note and learned from SPI what true customer service looks like.
That you SPI and employees who made our stay a success. The Condo it self is a bit dated could use some sprucing up but was very comfortable. The view was absolutely perfect.
