The house is located in Brisas del Mar, Luquillo. Only 5-10 minutes to local beaches and 15 minutes to the rain forest or Fajardo. It was great having a washer and dryer, and being in a peaceful neighborhood. The parking was convenient and the ac worked well. The instruction letter for the property was helpful, and I found having information about local shops and restaurants useful. The home was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The outside seating areas were adequate for our needs.
