Allamanda 3 is a new beautiful 1 bedroom suite located at the mini resort Seagrape Vista in Cruz Bay, St John. This property is a 3 min walk to the Frank Bay beach and 8-10 minutes walk to downtown Cruz Bay. The outdoor patio has a table and chairs for two facing the pool area and St Thomas. The living room area has a dining table for 2. The kitchenette has all you need for cooking. The bedroom has a king size bed and the bathroom a walk-in shower. Smart TVs in living room and bedroom. A large generator secures continuous power through outages.
We welcome 1 infant (0-2y) in any of our units.
Children (2-15y) as an additional person will incur an additional fee. We allow 1 child as an additional person in the 1-bedroom units Seagrape 1 and 2, and in the 2-bedroom units Pitaya 1 and 2. We do not allow children (2-15y) as an additional person in our Allamanda 1-Bedroom units.

Absolutely lovely, great room with beautiful view. Everyone was super friendly, communications excellent. Loved having a dog to greet us.

So far the best mattress in a long time of staying in rentals and hotels. We loved seagrape, it’s nice, quiet and had everything we needed for a beach-going vacation. The common kitchen with the honor bar was a nice treat! The only downside are the hills, not a deal breaker but if you can’t manage the hills, you can’t walk anywhere and that’s the point of staying in Cruz Bay.
