This apartment was fully renovated at April 2019 and can host up to 6 guests! My place lies below Filopappou hill in the famous Koukaki area, one of the must visit - must stay place in Athens. You can walk through Acropolis and Plaka (10 minutes).
There are two large bedrooms with a double bed each. Closets, a desk and shelves to store your things.
On the living room you will find a relax sofa (which turns to a double bed) and a flat TV. A fully equipped kitchen with everything you need (Nespresso/oven/microwave/dishwasher). You will enjoy having your complimentary coffee during your stay.
The whole apartment is fully air conditioned while there is also a boiler to provide you with hot water for 24/7.
Of course the beds are already made-up, with fresh ironed sheets from top quality brand. Furthermore there are clean towels for every single of you.
Entire property has free Wi-Fi!
Syggrou Fix is the closest Metro station and the bus station is 100 meters away.
Smoking is only allowed on the balcony
Common quiet hours 11:00 p.m. – 07:00 a.m., 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Early check-in, late check-out, and late check-in after 00:00 are available upon request, subject to availability, and come with a small additional fee.
Transfer service and private tours are available upon request

There was good communication with the property manager. George helped with our airport pick up but really could have done on our own we just wanted to make sure we would get to correct place. First time for us getting a place with property management system so this was different - a little less personable. Apartment is exactly like pics. It is very comfortable. We Felt safe- we walked early mornings and we walked to and from center with no problems; was quiet so we have good night sleep; A/C is good. We wish for more info at apartment (guide books, maps, list of restaurants, supermarkets, etc)- info was provided via VRBO but I could not access it . If you like to be adventurous and you are map phone savvy then you will be ok to find restaurants, bus , metro. Kitchen is equipped with pots dishes- but no napkins and no kitchen towels to wipe/clean. The only negative that our group experience was a BAD smell from the shower. There was some “moldy” looking black / red in shower tile. Needs to be scrubbed good with cleaner. We would stay here again but shower tiles need cleaning. Like the washer/drier and can hang clothes outside.

Loved staying at George’s apartment. It was located in a quiet area but still walking distance to most everting. We had a wonderful stay and will recommend it to friends traveling to Athens.

Spacious apartment in neat neighbourhood Koukaki Nearby are lots of restaurants and bars but the street of the apartment is quiet.
15 minute walk to Akropolis and Plaka.
Good and direct communication with the owner George. Transport from hotel went smoothly.
We had a pleasant stay in this appartment and Athens
