Nicely maintained building, convenient to Fort Wainwright. Shon was friendly, very conscientious, great communication with check in/out. He had just installed A/C unit the day we arrived. Said he plans to purchase a fan for air flow into the bedroom. We just kept a/c setting a bit lower at night and bedroom temperature was fine. Very clean & newly renovated!

The apartment was very nice, doesn’t seem like it from the exterior but once inside I was very pleased. For the price it was an excellent deal.
