As our guest, you have full private access to this third floor oceanfront condominium. Inside, you will enjoy a comfortable living area with a sleeper sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private bedroom. Step out onto your private balcony to take in the spectacular ocean views. Please note that access to this unit is via stairs only as there is no elevator available. You are also welcome to enjoy the shared resort amenities, including the communal swimming pool and direct beach access provided by the property.

Your stay at our Crescent Beach condo includes the convenience of free parking on the premises, which makes navigating the coastal area simple and stress free. Because public transportation is not a primary mode of travel in this quiet residential section of North Myrtle Beach, we suggest that guests arrive by private vehicle. If you are traveling by air, the Myrtle Beach International Airport is the most accessible major transit hub and is reachable within a forty minute drive from the property.



Other Things to Note:

To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, please note that our property is strictly for families and guests aged 25 and older. Check in is available from 3 pm to 5 pm, and check out is strictly at 10 am. Please be aware that this third floor unit is accessible by stairs only as there is no elevator on site. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the unit and all common areas, including balconies and pool decks. We do not allow pets, motorcycles, boats, trailers, recreational vehicles, or all terrain vehicles on the premises. Quiet hours are observed from 11 pm to 7 am. Guests are provided with a starter kit of essential supplies, but we recommend bringing additional paper products and toiletries. Please note that sleeper sofas are best suited for children. A damage waiver fee is required for all bookings to ensure a worry free stay.
