This was our 2nd visit to Foal Barn Cottages, staying at the Smithy... We had another amazing week 22/07 - 29/07. Both Leigh and Sue are friendly and more than helpful. Plenty of walks and we can recommend Middleham Castle, Castle Bolton, Richmond Castle and try a visit to Staithes. We will definitely be visiting again. Darren & LeoneWest Coast of Scotland.

The cottage looked nice on the photos but still exceeded our expectations! Sue and Leigh have really gone the extra mile to make their guests welcome and comfortable. Situated in a beautiful village close to the town of Leyburn it was the perfect spot for exploring the Yorkshire Dales.
