Welcome to “Agathine,” a 4-star vacation rental, located 200 meters from the beach.
A warm and welcoming atmosphere awaits you!
Located in the small seaside resort of Ronce-Les-Bains, you’ll find all the amenities you need within a 500-meter walk.
The outdoor area, featuring a wooden deck, a barbecue area, and patio furniture, evokes a “Charente” style perfect for relaxation and family “aperitifs.”
In July and August, check-in and check-out are only on Sundays.
Single-story accommodation.
-1 LIVING ROOM/DINING ROOM (sofa and TV area).
-1 OPEN KITCHEN (fully equipped).
-2 BEDROOMS (equipped with mosquito nets)
(one with 1 double bed, 160/200)
(one with 1 double bed, 140/200, and 1 single bed, 90/200)
-1 shower room with double sinks.
-1 separate toilet.
-1 veranda opening onto the outdoor wooden deck. (You can store your bikes safely in the lockable veranda.)
-Private parking.
Baby supplies: 1 travel crib with mattress, 1 high chair, 1 baby bathtub for ages 0–12 months, 1 changing pad.
To make your move-in easier and save you from having to run urgent errands, a few essential items are provided free of charge:
(salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, spices, sugar, tea and coffee, toilet paper, laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, sponge, etc.). Kitchen towels and bath mats are also provided free of charge.
-Free Wi-Fi.
-Tourist tax: €1.40/night/adult.
-Mandatory rental agreement sent by email, to be signed.
-Security deposit: (refunded at the end of your week).
-Bed and bath linens are optional at €15 per person for the stay. Kitchen towels and bath mats are included.
Housekeeping is also an option; the rate depends on the number of nights:
- One-night stay = included / free
- Short stay = 40€
- Stay of one week or more = 70€
