This property was clean and steps from the beach. You couldn’t ask for a better location with regard to the boardwalk. Close enough to drive too yet far enough from the busy and noisy activities on the boardwalk. My only gripe I have is it may be time for a new mattress on the queen size bed or even moving to a king size bed. I do however understand that space is sometimes limited therefore a king size bed may not be practical. Overall a good vacation

Very nice property to stay at right on the beach.

I hesitate to leave a review, the unit is that good. Next time we want to rent it it will be booked solid. Don't think it can legally be any closer to the water. Walk out sliding door, down short ramp and right over dune. Uncrowded beach, at least at end of June. Unit is exceptionally well laid out with everything the two of us could possibly need. A number of good restaurants close by. Barn 34 for breakfast outstanding. Uber bagel. Best Italian sub ever at Seaside Deli. Owners responsive, but not intrusive. Just don't rent it for last week of June. That's ours!
