The upper level has a living room, a dining area that opens to a large deck, a kitchen, three bedrooms and a full bath. Head downstairs to a large room to relax, play games or watch TV. Two families stayed here- great location and lots of beds for everyone. Easy access to ponds, beach and towns. The house didn’t have a ton of amenities and wouldn’t be good for someone sensitive to smoke.

The house is right in the middle of a great, quiet neighborhood. Plenty of indoor space and the deck and yard were great! Just a couple minute drive to the nearest beach and great access to everything else on Cape Cod. We cooked there several times and the kitchen had everything we needed.

The property was as listed. We loved the large deck and even though we were on a main road the back yard gave a lot of privacy. The central ac work excellent. Beaches, play grounds, restaurants, and stores were 15-25 min away. Lots of room for 7 adults and 3 children under 5 allowing use to move around comfortably. We very much enjoyed this house.
