True oceanfront – incredible views from the living room and master bedroom. This upgraded condo is beautiful, immaculate, and the kitchen is very well stocked with appliances. The unit is equipped with a 65" HDTV in the living room and a 55" HDTV in the master bedroom, all with streaming services Netflix, Peacock & Apple TV. Free Wi-Fi, memory foam mattresses in both bedrooms, and both sofa beds have pillow-top mattress pads for added comfort. Both bathrooms were remodeled in 2020, with the master bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. There is central A/C, and parking for 2 cars. The building charges a non-refundable registration fee, additional parking spots are available for $15 per spot upon availability. The condo is non-smoking and no pets are allowed. Occupancy is 7. Please note – sheets, towels, paper, and cleaning products are not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.
