The Charleston of Milton Inn is located in the heart of Milton's Historic District.
Within walking distance to all downtown shops, restaurants, Doghead Fish Brewery, Milton Theater, Waterfront Parks, etc.

12 miles to Cape Henlopen State Beach.
14 miles to Rehoboth Outlets and Beach.
Our guest suites are located on the second floor. Each feature a King size bed, private En suite bath, private porch, and kitchenette.

Our very spacious accommodations provide individual climate controls, ceiling fans, kitchenette breakfast / workspace. We have super high-speed Wi-Fi 400 Mbps as well as wired internet connection via an Ethernet cable at the breakfast / work area. The smart TVs are equipped with 4K Dolby Vision, UHD, free Netflix, and Prime Video included. TVs are also hard wired to the internet (No Buffering)

Where do I begin! This was the cleanest property we have stayed at, offering a peaceful atmosphere. We felt well cared for, from the thoughtful amenities to the warm hospitality from Richard. Tastefully decorated, this property allows you to stretch your legs and enjoy the tranquil views from the balcony. About a 30 minute drive from Rehoboth beach, it serves as a perfect home base. The town of Milton itself was also charming, offering plenty of dining and entertainment options a short walk away. This is perfect for couples and families alike. Definitely a place for us to book when we visit Delaware again!

Beautiful house. Richard is an excellent host, and the attention to detail in the house is meticulous. The room was very clean. Probably the best place we have rented on here! The town of Milton is very nice, with several very good restaurants to choose from and very close to a winery and brewery.

What a wonderful stay in this hidden gem! Beautiful room in a Southern Charleston home with stunning porches and landscaping. Our host Richard was excellent and was available when needed…we can’t wait to return!!

We were excited about our planned stay at Contessa Suites. Just prior to our stay and after full refund cancellation period, Richard notified us to say there was very loud construction in front of the house starting very early in the morning. He offered us the option of a full refund which we ended up taking.While in Milton we walked by the home and it was very beautiful.We very much appreciated the communication and refund which tells us a lot about how they do business.We will look into booking again when visiting Milton for Milton theatre shows.
