No car needed: walking distance from attractions. All sort of transportation just around the corner, but not necessary in nearly all activities.

My apartment in Rome (yes, it is directly rented by the owner) has two large and comfortable bedrooms, plus two sofa beds in the sitting room, hosting easily 7 adults or 6 adults and 2 children. Has two complete and well designed bathrooms and a proper kitchen with all the appliances -new and updated- you would need to cook even for a large party. A balcony for relax, air conditioned, central heating, a safety front door, a lift, a gate keeper and even a box for your car-if needed-: not easy to be found.
It is full of daylight and very well furnished with some pieces of art. It has quality wooden furniture and household linen, but is up to date for television, telephone and wifi.
You will choose to come back home to enjoy and relax. You will live as the Romans do, in an area very alive and very safe too.
