This is our 4th summer in this location. It is awesome location and we get around using the suncoast trolley. Highly recommend for laid back location that you can drive or take local transportation.

Overall the condo was an excellent choice. We loved the location with a very short walk to beach, that doesn’t have public parking , so it was not crowded at all. The unit had beach chairs, umbrella , and beach wagon which is very nice when you fly into Florida. The only concern was the construction, which is discloses on the site description, but it didn’t not mention the balcony was closed. Certainly would have been a game changer when booking.
