The spacious apartment has 2 separate bedrooms with balcony access, a large living room with sofa bed for up to 6 people.
THE LIVING ROOM

Wi-Fi, coffee maker, fully equipped kitchen, electric kettle, dishwasher, iron, hair dryer, washing machine.

- 1 king size bed (180x200cm).
- 2 single bed (90x180cm)
- 1 sofa bed (160x180cm)

- Enjoy your meals at the large dining table.

Kitchen:
- Use the kitchen equipment to cook and prepare delicious meals.
Bathrooms:
- The bathroom are equipped with a shower, washing machine and hair dryers.
- The toilet is separate
During your stay you will have access to the entire apartment. You will also have a personal key for the apartment and the main entrance to ensure a smooth flow of your stay.
Since I’ll be traveling myself during your stay, my Cohost will take care of your booking and help you with any questions you might have. Feel free to reach out to them at any time via the messenger, they are always happy to help :)

• Check-in from 4:00 PM | Check-out by 11:00 AM
• City tax is not included and will be charged separately at check-in
• Quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• No smoking inside (EUR 200 cleaning fee in case of violation)
• No parties or events
• Only registered guests allowed

The host was very communicative and helpful. The apartment was very comfortable and we had a very pleasant stay. The location was not quite as central as indicated in the listing but it is right on a tram line so made for very quick and easy movement to Hauptplatz and the rest of town. We were in town for the Christmas Markets and had a truly incredible stay. Thank you.

Place was clean and great location near the main train station. The shower and bathroom are very small. Elevator is small but works well. Would be nice if it was better equipped. Barely had enough silverwear for our family of 5.

The property was in good condition and the host was really great with communication. He even ordered fans when I mentioned it was hot in the house. The views from the 5th floor are great. Also it's pretty close to the tram lines and graz hbf.
The only thing I'd say it could use some more kitchen utensils and pots/pans and storage containers. I was alone so wasn't a big deal but for if 6 people share this place then definitely need more utensils. Also a microwave would come in handy.
Overall pretty impressive though.
