Gregoria is one of the most thoughtful and helpful host we've ever experienced. She was exceptional at communicating with us in advance of our trip and during our trip. The house is perfect for a very large family gathering with all ages. The pool was a big hit and the atmosphere in the pool room really felt like we were in the tropics. The kitchen is exceptionally well stocked. We highly recommend this house and Gregoria as a host

Here's a polished review you could leave:"The Hostess with the Mostest" is truly an understatement! From the moment we booked, every detail was thoughtfully planned and communicated. The host went above and beyond to make sure every need, question, and even potential want was addressed before we ever arrived. The attention to detail throughout the rental home was exceptional. It was clear that a great deal of care and pride went into creating a comfortable, welcoming, and stress-free experience. Every amenity was exactly as described, the home was spotless, and there were thoughtful touches throughout that made us feel genuinely valued as guests. What impressed us most was the host's proactive communication and dedication to ensuring we had everything we needed before, during, and after our stay. It's rare to find someone so committed to hospitality and guest satisfaction. If you're looking for a rental experience where every detail is handled and every expectation is exceeded, look no further. We would gladly stay again and highly recommend this property to anyone seeking a five-star experience!" "Hospitality done right."

Spacious, well stocked and beautiful property! Host was accommodating and very responsive. We had an excellent experience.

This home is absolutely beautiful & a great place to unwind. It was spotless, open, & bright with several windows offering peaceful natural lighting. Gregoria & Steven were attentive, helpful with any questions we had & SO thoughtful with the amenities throughout! The kitchen was stocked with fresh fruits, bottled water, sparkling, flavored & unflavored, various types of coffee, creamer, an array of spices, etc. Keurig, ice maker, air fryer, Ninja blender & many other kitchen gadgets. Tons of space for cooking or just enjoying the company of family in the kitchen & various seating/eating areas.Entertainment spaces in the home were equipped with great surround sound speaker systems, quality pictures & comfortable seating. The master bathroom was above & beyond with two different shower heads, letting you have the option of a rain shower, perfect pressure mist, or a combination of both with a steamer setting, heat lighting & not to mention the heated floors! With 6 bedrooms (all spacious & beds comfortable) everyone had their own space to spread out & rest, while the home offered plenty of shared spaces to hang out & socialize. The game room had plenty of games, books, toys & a great protector giving you an entire wall of TV, movies, or video games.Last & definitely not least, the indoor pool was a whole mood, with fun lighting & a great sound system. Pool floats & floaties of various sizes for adults & kids alike, goggles, a surf board, pool basketball were fun too!
