House was built in 1901. All the surrounding houses are historical in this neighborhood. We have renovated the house to make it more comfortable for us; and bring it up to code.
Guests will have the top floor apartment. There will be no one staying above you. You will have very quiet place in a great neighborhood, with lovely views for you to relax during your stay with private entrance at the front of the house, porch with comfortable seating for 3, very fast internet service.
For a third guest, we have a very comfortable air mattress.
I will do your laundry weekly for guests staying longer than 7 days, including your bedding, any day during the week. If I am not available for laundry, we can arrange to have the laundry picked up and dropped off by Cycles Laundry at not extra cost

The apartment was the perfect place to stay when visiting family over the holidays - conveniently located, easy access and good amenities. Parking was convenient on the street so coming and going was easy. The apartment itself was very comfortable and well-equipped.

This one bed apartment has everything you need. The neighborhood is quiet yet very convenient for getting around the sites of Denver, street parking is available. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and pots and pans for those who like to cook and there is a Natural Food Market a block away. The bathroom is large and the shower is excellent. Each room's heat can be separately set...so nice if you are visiting Denver in the Winter. Highly recommend!!!!

Marcia's place was perfect in every way for me and my partner. Spotlessly clean, convenient location about 10 blocks from our daughter's family (and Washington Park), quiet, good lighting--from windows and light fixtures/lamps, comfortable bed (and a separate auxiliary sleeping arrangement for me, the snoring husband, in the living room), good communication with Marcia--this place checked all of the boxes and then some! We plan to stay here again on our next visit to Denver!
