This accessible 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo was thoughtfully designed with wide pathways and an
open-concept layout, making it a comfortable option for guests using a wheelchair or mobility
scooter. Direct lobby access makes arrival and unloading simple and convenient.
Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, a separate bedroom with a queen-size bed and new
mattress, and a cozy living area with a queen sleeper sofa and dining space perfect for relaxing
after a beach day.
While the unit does not have a balcony, the large ocean-facing windows bring in beautiful
natural light and offer front-row views of the boardwalk and beach activity throughout the day.
Additional features include:
• Two wall-mounted flat-screen TVs
. Queen bed and Queen sofa sleeper
• Free Wi-Fi
• CD player and music system
• Shared coin-operated laundry facilities onsite

The location is great with the beach steps away and all that the boardwalk has to offer. Being on the ground floor it was difficult to get the full view of the ocean with all of the people walking by, some right up against the window since there is a walkway there to go to the shops on either side of the building. Because of this, our blinds were mostly closed which took away from having an oceanfront room.

Clean property amd decent noise control for it being an apartment/condo. Once I figured out how to use the doors, lol it was easy to get in and out even with a luggage cart. I didn’t need it for the accessibility features, but anyone who does need them this would be ideal! Part of my stay I was alone and I felt very safe. Well appointed everything you need in the kitchen; nice mattress. The listing mentions new weatherstripping on the front door (which opens to the lobby/condo door area) and some of the reviews talk negatively about it, but Maybe I just lived in houses where the pressure of one door opening makes some sounds so it didn’t bother me whatsoever. Would absolutely stay again.

Very clean and comfortable. Wonderfully located right on the beach and within walking distance to our favorite restaurants. Bike storage is in the garage; there is a pool but we did not use it. Would definitely stay here again, especially in the off season. Because this unit is located off of the lobby, it can be noisy but we weren't too bothered. Thanks!

Overall, the place was good. The boardwalk is right out the front door. Only complaint is that there is a door in the bedroom that goes to the lobby/rear entrance of building. It would be less noisy in the bedroom if that door was blocked off or closed up.
