It would have been helpful to have the coach house situated on the map so that we would have known where it was on arrival. There is no mention of the property in any of the Waterperry Gardens documents. As a couple, when searching online, the coach house was highlighted however, it was extremely spacious and could sleep six people at least therefore, was a bit impersonal for just us two. However, it provided an enjoyable space when our grandchildren came to visit! All the staff made our stay very pleasant and nothing was too much trouble.

Great location if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of urban life. Well equipped kitchen, although instructions for the microwave would have been helpful. Comfortable beds and good toilet and washing facilities.Beautiful gardens to wander around.All in all a very pleasant stay,

I can honestly say that I never stayed in a more beautiful place than the Coach House. It is tastefully furnished, very spacious and flooded with sunlight. Don’t miss to visit the Gardens which are also very delightful. We used the kitchen quite often and had dinner in the flat because we enjoyed the place so much. We had a great stay and will love to return one day.

A large interesting cottage.Fine for a couple,but the open plan space allows no privacy. We enjoyed our week and the formal gardens and extensive.grounds are delightful.The food in the on site cafe is very good and convenient for lunch.However there is no dishwasher or laundry facilities,nor is there a private area outside.The cottage opening directly a yard used by the garden centre.
