2 Br condo is on the 7th floor of Royale Palms, connected to Hilton, Myrtle Beach. You will be amazed by the open floor plan and the spacious feel of the living & dining area. You will also be amazed by the large private balcony which is accessed from the living room and both bedrooms.
It has beautiful Sunset views of the Atlantic Ocean are equally priceless. Walk to the sand just over the boardwalk to enjoy the coastal lifestyle that Atlantic Ocean has to offer. Its beautiful views of the surrounding resorts and ocean surf can be enjoyed from your own private balcony easily accessed from the both bedrooms and living room sliding glass doors.
Spend time and enjoy lounging outside while sipping on something cold or hot; entertain your family and friends, and of course, you're always invited to use the owners' fenced-in private pool area for a more secluded relaxation.

For our guests who like to explore, you have walking / hiking & biking trails, lake fishing, and ocean-side dining. You are close to many local attractions such as the famous Myrtle Beach Boardwalk -- Home to the SkyWheel, the 6th Tallest Ferris Wheel in the United States. Within minutes there is Barefoot Landing for LIVE music venues at The Alabama Theater and House of Blues, plus unlimited shopping at the unique shops of Barefoot Landing and Tanger Outlet Malls. For family friendly adventures, there's fun-themed mini-golf courses, Broadway at the Beach, with amusement park rides, Ripley's Aquarium, Pelicans Baseball, Grand Prix go- carts, Myrtle Waves water slide, fine dining seafood restaurants, and more specialty shopping. Be sure to catch weekly fireworks displays all summer, up and down the beach! Royal Palms 704 was amazing! Nice furnishings, amazing location, clean…excellent all around! Beach location was awesome and Wet Whistle tiki bar was a fun option. Thanks for a great vacation! Highly recommend.

The location of this unit is great. The interaction with this rental agent is very professional and straight forward.
This condo was warm and inviting. You can see the ocean from the windows. The balcony is large. What more could you want?

This is a purely honest review. Check-in was smooth & simple. When first walking into the condo it looked very nice, just dated. It didn’t take very long to see that the condo was definitely not cleaned. The kitchen countertops, floors, microwave, refrigerator & dishes were not clean. There were dishes in the cabinets that literally had food on them as if someone just put them in there after eating on them. The floors were definitely not vacuumed & the hard floors were not mopped. The bathrooms were not cleaned. A chunk of hair stuck to the shower wall, liquid soap on the shower handle, sand in the tub & on the floors, the grime on the bathroom counters was really gross. I had to clean everything before we could unpack. I did reach out to the contact on VRBO and about an hour later I received a call from someone saying housekeeping would be coming up to clean the condo. I declined as we did not want people coming in to clean while we were there. The microwave plate doesn’t turn, the remotes in the living room and bedroom on the left only work one and off. I asked before coming if there were chairs there and I was told no when in fact, there are two chairs there. The creamer and sugar in the kitchen are three years old. The carpets need to be cleaned badly. We left on a Sunday at 10 & waited for 12 elevators before we could get on because they were full. We should be refunded the cleaning fee at the very least!
