The location was great. It was close to almost everything you'd want in Anaheim/LA and the host was very receptive and easy to work with. The check in process is smooth, there is plenty of space and the property is well-maintained. The pool itself is also big enough for the whole family, and it's kept clean consistently.
Would recommend and re-book again.

Perfect place for our extended family week. Plenty of space for everyone and the pool and hot tub were wonderful! Fun game room with lots to do and the outdoor space was great for bbqing

The house was more than we expected. As we arrived, we were welcomed by friendly neighbors and a serene environment. The living accommodations were readily available for a family of 12. The kitchen included appliances, silverware, and plenty of pots for cooking family meals. Within walking distance, we were able to enjoy the nearby park with plenty of activities for small or older children. We look forward to visiting again, soon.

I was extremely disappointed with this property! Our large extended family stayed at this property and I was very surprised to see that the house had not been thoroughly cleaned before we arrived. In the kids room the bedding was visibly dirty. We spotted a dead fly on one of the bed. We saw several spiders throughout the house. My grandson was bitten on several areas of his body the next morning! The pool had not been cleaned and neither had the hot tub! In three of the bathrooms the sinks were not draining properly and a handyman was called out to address this because I sent a message to the owner. For the hot tub, we had to send a message to the owner to turn the hot tub on and we had to do this daily and multiple times, which was very inconvenient!
